Sean joined the firm in 2017 after serving three years in various roles at GE Healthcare, most recently as a manufacturing engineer. He is currently studying for the Certified Financial Planner certification.

Sean started his career at GE Healthcare in Waukesha, Wisconsin, in the magnetic resonance imaging business working on packaging design and enhancing the customer experience. Shortly after, he moved to Phoenix, Arizona, to serve as a value stream leader, spearheading Lean initiatives that led to improved cost productivity of the ultrasound probes line. A promotion to materials and logistics specialist brought Sean back to Waukesha, where he owned procurement of more than $7 million in inventory. His continued success at GE Healthcare eventually brought Sean to Arlington Heights, Illinois, where he led the development and design transfer of a generic drug that treats neuroendocrine tumors.

Sean graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical and biological engineering. While an undergraduate, Sean was the president of Beta Theta Phi fraternity. In addition to his engineering studies, Sean also completed a Certificate in Managerial Analytics at Kellogg School of Management and a Certificate in Leadership from the Northwestern Center for Leadership.

Sean and his wife, Julia, enjoy hiking, traveling, brewing beer, trying new and different foods and restaurants, and attending music festivals. Sean loves watching football, particularly the New York Giants and his alma mater, Northwestern University. Sean is committed to community service, and recently had the opportunity to help build a school in a rural Malawi village.
